   SEO (Search Engine Optimization) atau optimisasi mesin pencari merupakan serangkaian proses yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan otomatis agar web/blog yang anda buat berada pada posisi teratas pada situs mesin pencari (Google, Yahoo, MSN, dll) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas traffic dari mesin pencari menuju alamat situs web tertentu dengan memanfaatkan mekanisme kerja alami algoritma mesin pencari tersebut.

     Last week the UK High Court ruled that several of the country’s leading ISPs must block subscriber access to The Pirate Bay. The decision is designed to limit traffic to the world’s leading BitTorrent site but in the short-term it had the opposite effect. Yesterday, The Pirate Bay had 12 million more visitors than it has ever had, providing a golden opportunity to educate users on how to circumvent blocks.

Last Friday the UK High Court ruled that several of country’s leading ISPs must censor The Pirate Bay website having ruled in February that the site and its users breach copyright on a grand scale.

The blocks – to be implemented by Sky, Everything Everywhere, TalkTalk, O2 and Virgin Media (BT are still considering their position) – are designed to cut off all but the most determined file-sharers from the world’s most popular torrent site.

On hearing the news a Pirate Bay insider told TorrentFreak that the measure will do very little to stop people accessing the site and predicted that “the free advertising” would only increase traffic levels.

Forex market hours as i briefly mentioned in part 1 of the 7 series of  forex for beginners articles, is totally different than other trade markets such as stock exchange market. Since in forex market you can trade currencies with any other country, and obviously since there are different time zones in the world, forex market has to stay open 24 hours a day, so anyone from anywhere in the world can trade. However Forex market is not a 24/7 market, because on weekends market is closed.

To find out the exact timing, and know when the markets open and close, you have to take time zones into consideration. It may sound scary to some, but, it can be very simple when expressed in UTC. UTC stands for Universal Coordinated Time (aka;Greenwich Mean Time). It is used because its the standard (winter) time in Greenwich, London, which is the point of zero longitude on the globe.

Knowing that, you can say that the normal forex market hours are 22.00 Sunday UTC to 22.00 Friday UTC. Which translate to 10 pm in the UK (winter time).

As for americans, since New York is 5 hours behind the UK, the market hours start from 5 pm Sunday, until 5 pm Friday in New York. For the US west coast, it would be 2 pm sunday/friday. For australia it would be 8 am Monday/Saturday in Sydney. For Germany it’s 11 pm, and so on.

   Most of the world's preemies are born in Africa and Asia, says the report released Wednesday.

It's a problem for the U.S., too, where half a million babies are born too soon. That's about 1 in 8 U.S. births, a higher rate than in Europe, Canada, Australia or Japan — and even worse than rates in a number of less developed countries, too, the report found.

A little bit of gas is needed to facilitate the digestive process, said Dr. Amy Foxx-Orenstein, an associate professor of medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and consultant for the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Mayo Clinic.

"You’re going to have gas,” she said. “Everybody has it. Gas is not a bad thing. It's not taboo. If we took the taboo out of it and talked about it, it would be easier to fix it."

Some foods and beverages cause the body to produce more gas than others.

"And, when you’re taking in excess gas, you’ve got to get rid of it some how," said Foxx-Orenstein. "That gas has to come out of one of the openings.”

People in America with their high-fat, highly processed diets are often susceptible to excessive gas.

But, in some cases, excess gas may be caused by something as simple as constipation, Foxx-Orenstein said.

“For some people, if you have constipation or irregular bowel habits, or irritable bowel syndrome, it’s just a matter of increasing your fiber intake and adding a little bit of liquid to your diet,” she said.

Adding too much fiber, too quickly, however, may actually increase gassiness, so Foxx-Orenstein suggests adding fiber, both soluble and non-soluble, to your diet slowly to determine how much you can tolerate.

Eating a high fiber breakfast has the increased benefit of helping people boost their fiber intake and possibly stimulate a bowel movement, which also helps eliminate gas, said Foxx-Orenstein.

When people come to me complaining of having “too much gas,” they are probably focused on one of three symptoms:

    1.    Bloating of the abdomen

    2.    Belching

    3.    Flatulence. 

Though folks are definitely interested in the fist two types of gas, what really brings people to see me in the office is the last one: flatulence.  To give this fascinating topic its due, I will leave the first two to future articles and focus on the last, and most socially significant one.  That is fine with me because I not only have very low personal standards, but I find it extremely important to help my readers end their social isolation.  I also want to be able to ride in an elevator with them.

Focus on Flatulence

Flatus, or passing gas out of the rectum has a unique status in medicine, being the bodily function that has more euphemisms than any other.  They are called toots, pooters, passing gas, cutting the cheese, breaking wind, trouser trumpet, farts, and, of course, stepping on a barking spider.  Just for fun, I will put a list of them at the end of this transcript.  Please keep the list away from any middle-school boys.  I also included a classic description of differing types of flatus from a prominent medical textbook that is, well, not typical of medical textbooks.
